We do NOT accept returns, exchange, refunds or give credits on any of our products, please choose carefully.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ilashmax@gmail.com
Please note that due to sanitation and health regulations, ILASHMAX cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only offer a refund if there is no suitable item to be exchanged for example, size out of stock.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We highly recommend paying for Tracked International as we are not responsible for non-tracked parcels.
